Job summary

Brown Foodservice, Inc. operates a CDL Driver Training Program based out of our Sophia, WV shuttle point to prepare trainees for a Class A CDL and a professional driving career.

Qualifications

• Must learn and adhere to DOT and FMCSR.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting of 50 lbs and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer and deliver to routes; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain electronic driver logs per DOT regulations.
• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip.
• Communicate issues to the Senior Transportation Supervisor.
• Load/unload product at customer sites daily.
• Complete administrative tasks to support transportation operations.
