Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is hiring for a Driver Trainee position in the Kansas City, Olathe area. You will enter a four‑phase program including application, CDL training, apprenticeship, and eventual full driver status to deliver glass and aluminum products.

No CDL or trucking experience is required. You will receive paid training, a structured path to licensing, safety bonuses, and day‑one benefits while progressing through the program.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and safety-minded.
• Clean driving history with no recent incidents.
• Willing to sign a training service agreement for sponsored CDL training.

Responsibilities

• Apply and complete HR screening, MVR/checks, and DOT requirements.
• Complete CDL training through an approved partner driving school.
• Participate in driver apprenticeship with a mentor and progressive responsibilities.
• Upon completion, operate a Class A tractor-trailer delivering glass and aluminum products.
