Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving history and be safety-minded.
• Willing to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• No CDL or trucking experience required; structured training program provided.

Responsibilities

• Move through four-phase trainee program: application, CDL training, apprenticeship, full driver status.
• Perform local deliveries on assigned routes with supervision and mentoring.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT rules and company policies.
• Progress to independent Class A tractor-trailer operation upon program completion.
