Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions is hiring a Driver Trainee for its CDL Class A program. No trucking experience is required; the company covers CDL training, testing fees, and materials through an approved school.

You’ll move through a four‑phase path—from application and training to apprenticeship and finally full driver status. The role offers paid training, benefits from day one, and a predictable schedule with Fridays home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 21 for interstate routes (18 for intrastate)
• Valid driver's license held continuously for at least 3 years, with no major violations in 3 years
• Able to pass background check, DOT pre-employment drug screen, and FMCSA Clearinghouse query
• Willingness to sign the training service agreement

Responsibilities

• Complete application and selection steps including MVR/background review, DOT physical, and FMCSA Clearinghouse query
• CDL Training: classroom instruction, behind-the-wheel driving, DOT compliance, glass-specific load securement
• Driver Apprenticeship: supervised ride-along and local delivery routes with mentor
• Full Driver Status: operate Class A tractor-trailer delivering glass and aluminum products
