Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions in Kansas City/Olathe is hiring a Driver Trainee to begin a structured apprenticeship toward a Class A license. The program covers CDL training, hands-on ride-alongs, and local routes under supervision before progressing to independent driving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history.
• Reliable and safety‑minded with a clean driving record.
• Willing to commit to a structured training program and sign training service agreement.

Responsibilities

• Move through Trulite's four‑phase Driver Trainee program.
• Participate in CDL training at an approved partner school.
• Support local delivery routes with a mentor before attaining full driver status.
• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer to deliver glass and aluminum products once licensed.
