Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions in Fort Worth, TX, is hiring for a Driver Trainee through our CDL Class A Training program. No prior trucking experience is required; we provide 100% sponsored CDL training and paid training as you progress through the four-phase program.

You will start with HR screening and fitness checks, then CDL classroom instruction, behind-the-wheel driving with a partner school, and an apprenticeship before earning full driver status on local routes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clean driving history preferred.
• Willing to sign training agreement with Trulite.

Responsibilities

• Move through Trulite's four-phase Driver Trainee program.
• Complete CDL training with partner school and DOT compliance.
• Advance to Driver Apprenticeship and full driver status on local routes.
