Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• 12+ months driving experience in compliance with regulations.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor trailer or vans with 15–20 stops daily.
• Maintain cargo security and safety as a priority.
• Maintain truck log per state and federal regulations.
• Inspect truck equipment including tires, lights, brakes, oil and water.
• Communicate with supervisor or dispatch for delivery instructions.
• Prepare receipts and collect payment for delivered goods when required.
• Verify delivered goods and quantities with customers and suppliers.
• Operate auxiliary equipment mounted on trucks when present.
• Move materials between receiving, production, and storage areas as needed.
