Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is hiring drivers for regional OTR runs west of the Mississippi. Expect mostly no-touch dry van freight, drop-and-hook with occasional live load, and an average of about 2,300 miles per week.

New drivers receive paid training and orientation; after 30 days, benefits kick in (medical, dental, 401(k) and PTO). Schedule includes day or night shifts with bi-weekly home time and a 34-hour reset.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours (new graduates welcome).
• Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in the past 5 years.
• No DUI in the last 5 years.
• No involuntary termination from most recent employment for safety-related reasons.
• 10-year employment history with no major gaps; at least 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years.
• Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens.
• Certain criminal convictions may be disqualifying; all offenses are reviewed by safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional OTR routes west of the Mississippi.
• Operate no-touch dry van Freight with drop-and-hook and occasional live load/unload.
• Maintain safety and maximize miles (~2,300 per week).
• Coordinate with orientation and onboarding teams for launch.
