Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for the 14 Western regional lane, including recent graduates. Entry-level drivers receive paid OTR training with an experienced trainer before operating solo. This role features no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook assignments, regular live loads occasionally.

Home time bi-weekly with a 34-hour reset. Average ~2,300 miles per week. Orientation and paid training details provided at onboarding.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours (new graduates welcome).
• Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in past 5 years.
• No DUI in the last 5 years.
• No involuntary termination from safety-related reasons.
• 10-year employment history with minimal gaps; at least 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years.
• Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens.
• Certain criminal convictions may disqualify; all offenses reviewed by safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the 14 Western regional lane; day or night shifts as assigned.
• Deliver no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook; occasional live load/unload.
• Maintain safe driving practices and meet delivery schedules.
