Job summary

QXO, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to safely deliver building materials to customer locations and job sites. This role blends driving with hands-on loading, securing, and unloading of materials, adhering to DOT/FMCSA rules while maintaining professional customer interactions.

Ideal candidates are safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, physical environment. Field-based work with flexible schedules may be required to meet delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL Class A license in good standing.
• Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and safe driving practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport building materials to customer locations according to routes and schedules.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections per DOT/FMCSA and company policies.
• Load, secure, and unload materials using proper securing methods.
• Provide exceptional customer service during every delivery and communicate requirements to customers.
• Complete inspection reports, delivery documentation, electronic logs, and updates in mobile systems.
