Job summary

QXO is seeking a CDL Driver (Class A or B) to safely deliver building materials to customers and job sites. You will perform loading/unloading, verify load accuracy, and maintain professional vehicle presentation while following DOT/FMCSA regulations.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, physically active environment, communicate with dispatch about routes and delivery status, and uphold top-tier customer service and safety on every shift.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license in good standing, with valid medical certification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and safe driving practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport building materials to customer locations according to schedules.
• Plan delivery routes and conduct pre-trip, en-route, post-trip inspections per DOT/FMCSA.
• Load, secure, and transport materials using proper tie-down methods.
• Assist with loading/unloading and verify delivered materials with customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate delivery status with dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and complete delivery documentation accurately.
