Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service is hiring a CDL Class A Driver to operate tractor-trailers or straight trucks for palletized freight delivery and pickups. The role includes pre-trip inspections, documentation, and customer interactions. Overtime is common, with paid OT after 40 hours and a sign-on bonus.

Hours are Monday–Friday with 10–15 overtime hours weekly; starting pay ranges from $24.00 to $30.75 per hour based on experience. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting Midwest operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid CDL Class A with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer or straight truck to deliver and pickup palletized freight.
• Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance.
• Process shipments and collect payment as needed.
• Ensure accurate load documentation and timely deliveries.
