Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service seeks a CDL Class A driver to operate tractor-trailers or straight trucks for palletized freight delivery and pickups. You will perform pre-trip inspections, ensure compliance with DOT safety rules, and assist with loading and unloading as needed.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a Monday–Friday schedule, 10–15 hours of overtime weekly, and hourly pay ranging from $24.00 to $30.75 based on experience. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid CDL Class A driver's license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer or straight truck to deliver and pick up palletized freight.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure mechanical/safety readiness.
• Maintain DOT compliance and safety policies.
• Deliver and pick up freight from customers and shippers; verify documentation.
• Collect payments for shipments when necessary and manage ladings.
