Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to operate a tractor-trailer or straight truck, delivering palletized freight and performing pickups on a standard next-day delivery route.

Hours are Monday–Friday with overtime; pay ranges from $24.00 to $30.75 per hour and reflects experience. Benefits include multiple insurances, PTO and retirement contributions. Must pass pre-employment checks and a DOT physical.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL Class A and a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety policies.
• Able to operate manual transmission and pass pre-trip inspections.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer or straight truck to deliver and pick up freight.
• Complete mileage and maintenance forms; submit pre-trip inspections.
• Ensure accurate load documentation; handle payments when needed.
• Maintain required certifications and comply with company safety policies.
• Assist other drivers with loading, delivery, or pickup as needed.
