Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to operate tractor-trailer or straight truck for palletized freight delivery and pick-up. The role includes pre-trip inspections, paperwork, and ensuring timely service.

Hours are Monday–Friday with 10–15 hours overtime weekly; pay is $23.00–$27.00 per hour, overtime after 40 hours. Benefits include health, dental, life insurance and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• Must possess or obtain CDL Class A license
• Endorsements: doubles/triples preferred
• Ability to operate manual transmission
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness
• Deliver palletized freight and pick up shipments on schedule
• Complete mileage and maintenance forms and ensure proper load documentation
• Collect payments when required and return BOLs to billing
• Maintain DOT compliance and safety policies
• Assist other drivers as needed
