Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A Driver (LTL) to operate tractor-trailer or straight trucks, delivering and picking up palletized freight. The role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and overtime opportunities.

Hours are Monday–Friday with early starts and 10–15 hours of overtime weekly. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, based on experience, with benefits including health and dental insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must possess or have the ability to obtain a doubles/triples endorsement.
• Must possess good customer service and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently and make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer or straight truck to deliver and pick up palletized freight.
• Conduct pre-trip inspection and submit maintenance forms.
• Deliver palletized freight to customers and pick up freight from shippers.
• Verify load-related documentation for accuracy.
• Collect payment for shipments and process billing documents.
• Maintain DOT and company safety certifications.
