Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking CDL Class A drivers to join our Minnesota operations.

This full-time position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and overtime opportunities, with competitive hourly pay based on experience. As a CDL Class A Driver (LTL), you will operate tractor-trailer or straight trucks to deliver and pick up palletized freight, perform pre-trip inspections, complete mileage and billing paperwork, and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a manual transmission.
• Must possess or obtain a doubles/triples endorsement.
• Must possess good customer service and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently and make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure mechanical and safety readiness.
• Turn in pre-trip forms and complete mileage and maintenance records.
• Deliver palletized freight to customers and pick up freight from shippers.
• Verify load-related documentation for accuracy.
• Collect payment for shipments as necessary and return bills of lading to the office.
• Maintain DOT and company safety certifications.
• Wash tractor and equipment daily.
• Assist other drivers with loading, delivery, or pickup as needed.
