The role requires coordinating routes, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with DOT and company policies. Starting pay ranges from $26.00 to $30.00 per hour, with overtime available and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's degree in Business Management, Logistics or Operations Management is preferred.
• CDL Class A license is required or must be completed within 90 days of employment.
• 1+ year experience in the transportation industry and leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations and lead drivers to ensure timely, safe, and efficient operations.
• Complete routes for employees who are absent and assist with daily morning duties.
• Monitor safety compliance with DOT and company policies; track department reports.
