Qualifications include 21+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, CDL Class A (or completion within 90 days), and 1+ year in transportation leadership. Starting wage is $26.00–$30.00 per hour with overtime after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Must hold a valid CDL Class A driver's license or complete company paid CDL training within 90 days of employment.
• 1+ years of leadership in transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations and lead drivers to ensure timely, safe deliveries.
• Complete routes for employees who are absent.
• Assist with morning duties such as sorting freight and loading trucks.
• Track and update daily department reports.
• Monitor safety, DOT, and company policies.
• Monitor freight flow and route performance; escalate issues to leadership.
• Recommend measures to improve productivity and customer service.
• Participate in weekly operational meetings.
• Provide feedback on performance, attendance or safety concerns.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new staff.
• Travel may be required.
