Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• GED required.
• 1–3 years relevant people-facing experience preferred.
• Less than 1 year job-related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operates DOT-guided commercial van/box truck to transport staff, supplies and equipment.
• Prepares collection site and sets up technology systems.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical and phlebotomy.
• Provides excellent donor service and addresses inquiries promptly.
• May conduct automation (Alyx/Trima) and recruit donors for automation.
• Maintains safety and team culture; supports coworkers.
• Maintains records and ensures proper donor identification.
• Adheres to regulatory requirements and SOPs.
