Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement.
• Maintains a safe driving record and adheres to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle and report safety issues.
• Safely operate the heavy truck along designated routes and service each customer.
• Load refuse, operate the packer, and dispose of material at the facility.
• Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers to service routes on time.
• Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and tag them per procedures.
• Monitor waste for unacceptable waste.
• Clean area around spills following safety standards.
• Monitor vehicle condition to minimize downtime and complete required reports.
• Complete route productivity sheets and required reports.
• Maintain productivity standards to service customers timely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety policies and participate in ReSOP program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
