Job summary

Republic Services in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to operate a collection truck safely and service customers promptly and courteously. You will complete daily vehicle condition reports and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while on route.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, loading waste, interacting with customers and dispatchers, maintaining accurate productivity reports, and adhering to company safety policies.

Qualifications

• CDL-B with air brakes endorsement required.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent customer service and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy truck along designated routes and service customers on schedule.
• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections and report safety issues.
• Complete route and productivity sheets and daily VCRs accurately.
• Follow company safety policies and participate in ReSOP program.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers and co-workers.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations governing waste collection.
