Qualifications

• Commercial Driver's License with air brakes endorsement (Class B or higher).

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure readiness and safety.
• Safely operate the collection truck on assigned routes and service customers on schedule.
• Load, compact, and dispose of waste following safety policies and regulations.
• Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers to ensure timely service.
• Identify unsatisfactory containers and report safety issues per procedures.
• Complete required route sheets, VCRs and safety reports daily.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper operation to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to productivity standards and company safety policies.
• Participate in ReSOP program and other company initiatives.
