Job summary

Republic Services in Corvallis, OR is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt waste removal services for customers.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, follow route sheets, load refuse, interact with customers, and complete required reports while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B or higher required with air brakes endorsement.
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections are required.
• Excellent customer service and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections per policy.
• Safely operate truck on route and service each customer as identified on the route sheet.
• Load refuse, operate packer, and dispose at the designated facility.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers and others daily.
• Complete route/productivity sheets and vehicle condition reports (VCRs).
• Maintain productivity and safety standards; follow ReSOP program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
