Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of prior experience driving commercial trucks preferred.
• Valid Class B or higher CDL with air brakes endorsement.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Good time management to maintain safe, on-time routes.
• Ability to adhere to safety policies and company rules.
• Willingness to perform duties in a team and follow routing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.
• Safely operate the truck on designated routes and service customers.
• Load refuse, operate compactor, and dispose at facilities.
• Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers.
• Tag unsatisfactory waste containers as required.
• Monitor waste quality and spills; clean areas as needed.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and complete required reports.
• Follow safety policies and participate in ReSOP.
