Job summary

Sonepar seeks a delivery driver in Hartford, CT for a full‑time local route. Starting at 1:30 am, you will transport electrical materials to customers and handle loading/unloading using forklifts or pallet jacks. A valid CDL B and clean MVR over the past five years are required.

You’ll complete paperwork, perform vehicle inspections, and help keep the warehouse organized. Competitive benefits include health, dental/vision, PTO, and retirement matching.

NorthEast Electrical Delivery Driver – Hartford, CT

Role: Full‑time Local Route CDL B Union Delivery Driver.

Hours: Monday‑Friday, start 1:30 am.

Rate: $25.50 per hour.

Requirement: Valid CDL B license with a clean MVR for the past 5 years.

What a day in this role looks like

• Delivering material in a timely manner to customers.
• Maintaining vehicle in proper working condition – conduct daily inspections as stated in established policies and procedures.
• Load and unload trucks, move material in a safe manner using forklift, pallet jack, handcart, or other device.
• Count, check, prepare, and record items being received or shipped.
• May assemble, package, label, stack, palletize, and route material for safe delivery or storage.
• Complete paperwork, documentation, and data input in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Perform other related duties as required or directed by manager.
