Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a CDL Class B Truck Driver to operate a waste hauling truck in Grove, OK. The role involves residential trash and recycling pickup, route safety, and daily vehicle inspections.

You will be on the road most days, with home daily shifts and a 10–12 hour workday. The company offers weekly pay and a benefits package including life insurance and a retirement plan with a company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class B driving experience preferred.
• No more than one moving violation on your MVR in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

DIRECT LABOR Full Time Manual Labor Grove, OK, US

Reports To: Operations Supervisor and/or Operations Manager

As a CDL Class B Truck Driver, you operate a waste hauling truck to provide residential trash and recycling pick up. Operating around 150 miles of your home, you lift and carry residential waste and deposit into a compactor. Throughout your day, you are attentive to safety and are sure to report any defects, accidents, or violations. You inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and report preventative maintenance needs to management team. Each day, you are happy to be on the road and not stuck in an office.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Safely operate around 150 miles of home
• Complete daily pre and post trip inspections
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods etc.) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Report any and all defects, accidents, or violations
• Carry out other duties as needed or instructed

Shift/Schedule:

• Home Daily
• Monday-Friday
• Additional hours may be needed
• Shift is 10-12 Hours
