Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a CDL-B Delivery Driver at our Rogers, MN location. You will start with an early-morning dispatch and a 5-day work week, earning $24/hour during training and moving to about $27–28/hour when fully trained.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with benefits and long-term career growth. You will perform safety checks, deliver food and related products, unload at customer sites, maintain DOT-compliant logs, and ensure accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Requires CDL-B and DOT compliance.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• DOT Health Card current or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT.
• Deliver orders to customers on schedule and unload as needed.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs.
• Ensure cargo is secured and paperwork is complete.
