Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license for 12+ months.
• Attain CDL‑A permit by day 1 with required endorsements within 90 days.
• Complete TSA background check by week 2 of class.
• DOT drug test with no positives in 3 years; pass pre‑hire test.

Responsibilities

• Attend CDL‑A training sessions.
• Gain on‑the‑job experience as an LTL Driver.
• Perform FMCSR 396.13 vehicle inspections.
• Maintain records per FMCSR, DOT and company policies.
• Load/unload freight with forklift as needed.
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
• Adhere to safety policies and communicate with service center.
• Maintain contact with service center in a fast‑paced environment.
