Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• One year related experience required.
• Hold a valid state driver's license for 12+ months.
• Attain a CDL-A permit by start and endorsements within 90 days.
• Initiate TSA fingerprint background check by week 2.
• Maintain a safe driving record and pass DOT drug test.
• Pass pre-hire DOT physical and essential functions test.
• Available for days, evenings, nights, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Attend training sessions to obtain a CDL-A.
• Gain on-the-job experience as an LTL Driver.
• Perform vehicle inspections under FMCSR 396.13 under supervision.
• Maintain records per FMCSR, DOT and company policies.
• Load/unload freight with forklift as needed (touch freight).
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
• Adhere to company safety policies.
• Coordinate with service center personnel in a fast-paced environment.
