Job summary

Odessa, TX-based NIS EXPRESS is hiring CDL-A drivers for steady OTR freight across 27 states. Earn $1,200–$1,800 weekly gross with guaranteed $1,000 for the first 3 months, plus $15 stop pay and a monthly bonus. Expect 1,800–2,400 miles weekly, home every two weeks, and training for new CDL holders.

Benefits include health/dental/vision after 30 days, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Training pays $800 weekly during the ramp-up period; must complete CDL school hours and pass drug

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Military experience considered with a valid DD214
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
