The program includes a dedicated mentor for 4–6 weeks of OTR training, guaranteed weekly pay during training, and a smooth transition to full solo mileage pay after training ends. Hands-on support starts once you have the 120-hour CDL school certificate.

• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21+ years old.
• CDL-A certification and medical card required.
• 120+ hour CDL training certificate from accredited school.
• 6+ months solo driving experience or recent CDL training.
