NIS EXPRESS in Moss Bluff, LA is hiring CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van routes with real pay, real equipment, and real benefits. Operate late-model automatic trucks, perform pre/post trips, keep compliant logs, and maintain a clean record on the road.

If you’re new to trucking, expect 4–6 weeks of one-on-one training with a mentor and guaranteed weekly pay. You’ll upgrade to full solo mileage pay when training ends; home time is 2 weeks out with 2 full days home; pet and rider programs start day

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card, 21+ years old.
• New CDL-A holders welcome; 6+ months of solo experience preferred.
• 120+ hours at accredited CDL training school.
• Clean MVR and background check.
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in past 5–10 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on OTR dry van routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain logs and comply with DOT/FMCSA hours of service
• Communicate with dispatch on load status, delays, and route changes
• Secure freight properly for drop and hook and live load/unload
• Maintain a clean driving record and represent the company on the road
