Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers in Texas for dry van freight, focusing east of I-35. You’ll pair with a personal trainer for 4–6 weeks of hands-on evaluation on real routes, earning $650 per week during training before solo driving upon trainer approval.

After training, you can expect $1,000 per week guaranteed for three months, then $1,400–$1,800 weekly on average with full DOT compliance and strong on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 120+ hours of CDL driving school
• 21 years or older
• Clean driving record
• Able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Haul dry van freight mainly east of I-35
• Timely on-time delivery with accurate logs
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Clear communication with dispatch and customers
