Earn an average $1,500 per week with weekly paychecks; starting July 13, 2026, a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week for the first 90 days of solo driving. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k plan with employer matching.

Swift Transportation is hiring now in Houston, TX for a Regional CDL-A team driving job based out of Houston, TX. This lane runs a cross the country, and is home bi-weekly.

• $1,500 Average Weekly Pay
• Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.43to $.58 cpm depending on route and verifiable experience
• Monthly Performance Bonus

Guaranteed Pay Plus+

Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving. Terms and conditions apply.
