Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking Class A Linehaul Drivers at our Oxford, MA Service Center. As a Linehaul Driver, you will pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between our service centers and return home daily.

We offer home every day, PTO after the first 90 calendar days, and an excellent benefits package that includes Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401(k) with company matching, paid vacation/holidays, and resort lodging at our employee resorts.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• 1 year verifiable Class A driving experience in the past 3 years.
• Good driving record with no major violations.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers.
• Return home daily.
• Operate equipment safely at all times.
• Complete required road test if applicable.

R+L Carriers has immediate opportunities for Class A Linehaul Drivers at our Oxford, MA Service Center. As a Linehaul Driver, you will be tasked with pulling van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between our service centers and/or turn-point locations, and returning home daily .

Requirements

• CDL Class A
• 1 yr. combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years.
• Age 23, 21 if successfully met the FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian CDL
• Must be able to operate equipment safely at all times
• Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen
• Must be able to complete a successful road test
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Must be dependable

Preferred

• Drivers with Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz-mat CDL endorsements
• Experienced hauling Haz-mat
• Experienced pulling doubles
• Any LTL freight experience
