Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is hiring CDL-A drivers for OTR routes assigned a personal truck in the Shreveport, LA area. All drivers operate 100% no-touch, dry van freight and take the truck home on days off. New CDL-A holders enter a mentorship program with guaranteed weekly pay for 3–5 weeks and a $300 orientation pay.

Experienced drivers can move directly into solo operations if requirements are met. Weekly direct deposit is provided along with benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Solid driving record and work history.
• Pass DOT drug test and background check.
• Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements.

Responsibilities

• OTR truck driving with assigned truck and 100% no-touch dry van freight.
• Maintain safe driving practices and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Report any issues to dispatch and complete delivery windows.
