Job summary

XPO is seeking a Truck Driver for a home daily route in Sioux Falls, SD. A valid CDL A is required, with hazmat endorsements preferred. The role pays hourly and offers comprehensive benefits.

Experienced drivers start at $36.30/hour with health, life and disability insurance, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) match, and education assistance. Shifts include days, nights and weekends, with potential to advance based on performance and tenure.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Valid Class A CDL with hazmat/tank endorsements or willing to obtain within 90 days.
• DOT drug test with no recent positives; clean driving history.
• DOT medical certification card or pass company DOT exam.
• Available for 12–14 hour day shifts, including days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent customer service and generate sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
