Job summary

XPO is seeking a Truck Driver for a home daily CDL A role based in Minnesota. The position offers competitive pay and benefits starting on day one, including health insurance and life/disability coverage, plus PTO and holidays.

A hazmat endorsement is preferred or attainable within 90 days, with a flexible day/night/weekend schedule. Typical duties include safely operating a tractor-trailer (including doubles/triples), delivering to customers and generating sales leads, and loading/unloading

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Willing to obtain hazmat, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positives in last 3 years.
• Have a DOT Medical Certification Card or pass company DOT physical.
• Flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours including day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer including doubles/triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers and generate sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
