Job summary

XPO is hiring a Truck Driver for a home daily route. Earn about $38.60 per hour with full health insurance from day one, life and disability coverage, and a 401(k) with company match. Expect PTO, holidays, education assistance, and a safety-focused work environment.

Responsibilities include safely operating a tractor-trailer (including doubles/triples), serving customers, and loading/unloading freight. Must meet age, license, and DOT requirements with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Must obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests/refusals in 3 years.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Available to work a flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours/day, including day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles/triples.
• Provide excellent customer service and generate sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
