Job summary

XPO is seeking a Truck Driver for a home daily route in the United States. The role requires a valid CDL A, a safe driving record, and endorsements with DOT compliance. You will operate tractor-trailers, including doubles/triples, and support loading, unloading, and customer service.

Eligible benefits start day one and include health, life, and a 401(k) match. Expect up to 12–14 hour shifts, with day, night, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• Hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Available to work a flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours a day, including day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
