Job summary

XPO is seeking a Truck Driver for a home daily route with a CDL A. The role offers a night shift, full health insurance from day one, and a comprehensive benefits package including life and disability insurance, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and education assistance.

You will safely operate a tractor-trailer, load/unload freight, and help generate sales leads while providing excellent customer service. Pay starts at $28.61/hour for this Motor Carrier Act Exempt position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Willing to obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positives in 3 years.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Able to work a flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours per day, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer including doubles/triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
