Job summary

XPO is hiring a Truck Driver with a CDL A for a home daily route in the United States. You will safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles/triples, and deliver reliable service while generating sales leads for customers.

Pay starts at $29.35/hour with full health insurance on day one, life/disability coverage, PTO, holidays, 401(k) with company match and education assistance. This role requires 21+, valid CDL A, clean driving record, and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Endorsements: HazMat, Tank, and Doubles/Triples within 90 days.
• Must pass a DOT drug test and have a clean record in last 3 years.
• DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company DOT physical.
• Available for a flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours per day including days/nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers and generate sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
