Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Truck Driver for our Cedar Rapids, IA operation. You will operate tractor-trailers, including doubles/triples, and ensure safe, punctual freight delivery while delivering strong customer service.

Minimum qualifications include 21 years old, a valid Class A CDL, and the ability to pass DOT tests. Hazmat endorsements are preferred. This Motor Carrier Act Exempt role offers comprehensive benefits starting day one and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Safe driving record.
• Endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive results in 3 years.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Available to work a flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles/triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
