Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving. Benefits include weekly pay, comprehensive health options, retirement plans, and a driver performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL-A license.
• No DUI within 10 years if CDL-A holder, 5 years if Non CDL-A holder.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug test.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
