NIS EXPRESS in Elko, NV is seeking CDL-A drivers for a Western regional run based out of Utah. You will train on real mountain lanes and earn pay while you learn.

This position offers weekly home time, riders and pets after training, and steady miles across 11 Western states. First 3 months solo include a $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay, with 1,900 miles weekly and a monthly performance bonus.

Just finished CDL school in Elko? This Western regional fleet runs out of Utah, trains you on real mountain lanes, and pays you while you learn.

Pay and Miles

• Average weekly gross: $1,300 to $1,400
• Starting rate: $0.50 per mile, banded pay on shorter loads, full linehaul rates after 6 months

Paid Training for New CDL-A Holders

• 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer
• $800 weekly training pay
• Straight to full solo pay once you finish
• Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Military experience considered with a valid DD214
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
