Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking a reliable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driver for regional routes with most miles in the Southwestern states. This full-time, W2 position offers steady year-round freight and predictable home time.

Expect weekly earnings between $1,200 and $1,500, with competitive CPM mileage pay, detention pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Home time is weekly; you’ll typically be out 5 to 5.5 days, then home for resets.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Recent activity: verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days.
• Must meet standard DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements. Prior safety infractions, accidents, or criminal history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in compliance with applicable local laws.
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is complete.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freight

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
• Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home
• Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload
• Equipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
