Job summary

American Driver LLC in Palmdale area operates a refrigerated fleet and is hiring new CDL holders. Orientation is paid and lodging is covered, followed by 3–5 weeks of mentorship with ~200–250 hours before solo driving.

Expect a schedule about 12–14 days out, home every other weekend, with 1,800–2,200 weekly miles in CA and neighboring states. Benefits accrue after 30 days, and riders are allowed with restrictions.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required; 21+ years old.
• Recent CDL graduate or returning driver preferred.
• No DUI/DWI in 10 years; DOT physical and drug testing required.

Responsibilities

• Drive refrigerated freight in CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, AZ and sometimes UT.
• No-touch freight; some live load/unload by appointment but you won’t handle freight.
