Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking drivers for refrigerated freight in the United States. You train on the road with pay, then run reefer loads with no unloading and build a solid year of experience. You’ll start with paid training and a guaranteed first 3 months solo pay.

Expect 1,300 to 1,500+ weekly gross on average, with 1,900–2,500 miles weekly, home every two weeks, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision after 30 days. Orientation pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL, 21 or older.
• New drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing and a DOT physical.

Your Start

• 4 to 6 weeks of paid training with an experienced mentor
• $650 per week while you train
• Solo truck once your mentor signs off
• $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo

Reefer Life

• Temperature controlled freight, no unloading
• 1,900 to 2,500+ miles a week solo
• Home every two weeks
• Mostly drop and hook

Earnings

• $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross
• Mileage pay that grows with experience
