Qualifications

• CDL Class-A and DOT Medical Card (Age 21+)
• Open to trainees/new graduates and to 6+ month solo drivers, teams, and owner-operators
• Clean MVR, background check, and mandatory hair + urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 mentorship during training.
• Progress through a structured training plan to reach full solo mileage pay.
